Complaints Procedure

In in the unlikely event that a food item is not up to our usual standards, we would like to know. Please help us by following the procedure outlined below.


If something delivered to you is just not up to scratch - we want to hear about it. So our QHSE Manager can investigate properly and also issue you with a Credit for the unsuitable item, we require the following information.

Information required:

1. Date

2. Complainant name

3. Account number 

4. Address

5. Product details / code (SLF)

6. Best before or use by date 

7. Production code

8. Date of purchase

9.Details of the issue e.g., mouldy etc 

10. If possible, pictures

Without this critical information, we will not be able to investigate properly and will result in any claims being turned down.
